雄激素禿頭症：

  • 引致75-90%的脫髮問題
  • 主要是受遺傳影響
  • 毛嚢受男性荷爾蒙二氫睪酮(DHT)影響，令處於生長期的毛嚢提早萎縮而脫落
  • 男性及女性有不同的脫髮徵狀
  • 男性首先出現「M字頭」,髮線後移,慢慢地頭頂出現俗稱「地中海」的情況,
  • 最後變成半禿
  • 女性主要是頭頂的頭髮漸漸變得稀疏
